Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped until production is complete.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times below are in addition to production time:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner (Printify) using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or their regional equivalents, depending on your location and the product type ordered.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

5. International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs delays or additional charges.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.

  • Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received should also be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Since items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
